If you need a wifi network that has a fairly wide range you must choose the high power wireless router. There are many wireless routers on the market of high power such as Buffalo AirStation WZR include-HP-G300NH (or short term Buffalo G300) and Amped R10000.

Another advantage of the buffalo is a USB port that you can use to share a NAS storage that can be accessed remotely via the Internet with Buffalo’s free Web-Access service as well as through a local network.

While amped is not designed with a USB port, if there is need for NAS storage is an option then amped is not yours. Amped is more concerned with a broad range.

The advantage of Buffalo G300 is that you can configure the device as the wireless bridge (WDS) or wireless repeater if you deploy multiple Buffalo devices. Amped offers different high power smart repeater device such as SR20000G high power repeater.
