DIR-330 supports the wireless access point based on the 802.11G standards. This is an industrial standard device that can be compatible with other wireless adapters such as, besides with other D-Link wireless adapters, TEW624 USB wireless network from TRENDnet or Hawking Hi-Gain USB adapter that use the directional antenna for better connection.
User Configurable Interface
The DIR-330 Wireless-G VPN router features an intuitive user interface that can be easily configured and monitored via the D-Link Web-based management utility. These configuration options can be managed through Administrator rights.
Advanced Hardware Features and VPN Feature
The DIR-330 Wireless-G VPN router can be connected to a cable modem (such as DCM-202) or DSL modem (such as DSL-2540B) to share high-speed broadband Internet access. It also provides a 4-port full-duplex 10/100 switch to connect up to four Ethernet-enabled devices such as computers, or printer with NIC enabled. Simply add more switches to expand your wired network. This router also functions as a wireless 802.11g/802.11b access point to connect wireless devices onto your network.

This The DIR-330 Wireless-G VPN router can support the strong L2TP/IPSec protocol to securely create tunneling to the network. It also supports less secure connection using PPTP protocol, but it is recommended to use the strong L2TP/IPSec protocol.
