All TP Link n routers support the DHCP server feature to provide IP address automatically to all the wired and wireless clients in the network to eliminate the complexities in providing manual IP address configuration. Just configure TCP/IP property of all the client computers to obtain the IP address automatically from the DHCP server.

TL-WR841ND Wireless N Router is powered by wireless 300Mbps with 2×2 MIMO (with 2x detachable 5dBi Omni directional antennas) and CCA technology. But TL-WR941ND is powered by 2×3 MIMO technology (with3dBi detachable Omni Directional Antenna X 3), CCA, and the addition of SST technology. CCA technology is a feature to automatically avoid channel conflicts using the router channel selection feature.

To create just a wireless network in homes, both routers are good enough to share broadband internet connection and other documents sharing. Should you demand more advanced features the routers do not support the following features:

USB Ports

Both Tl-Wr941nd and Tl-Wr841nd TP Link N Routers do not support USB port to allow you share external disk storage or share network printer.
