Powered by Intelligent MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) spatial multiplexing techniques build upon the widely deployed 802.11g standard by greatly increasing speed, range, and faster speeds of up to 300 Mbps and longer distance range up to 1,400ft (ideal conditions).

For security, Belkin N1 supports the latest wireless security encryption standards WPA, WPA2-Personal, 64-bit/128-bit encryption. And for secured remote connections, it supports VPN IPSec pass-through and PPTP
