What This Product Does
The WNHDB3004 consists of two WNHD3004 wireless N adapters which one of them works as the wireless AP (that connects to the router / gateway) and the other one works as the wireless bridge (that connects to the Ethernet-based devices). And they work automatically (if you position the switch to “Auto”) by sensing the port if it is connecting to the router / gateway or to the Ethernet-based devices. Or you can switch manually by changing the switch position either to AP or Bridge mode.

WNHD3004 that connects to the router will work as the wireless access point for the other WNHD3004 wireless N adapter clients. The other WNHD3004 devices that connect to home theater devices work as the wireless clients to the first WNHD3004 in AP mode. The WNHD3004 that works as the wireless bridge will only connect to the other WNHD3004 adapter that works in AP mode.
High Performance HD / 3DHD Wi-Fi
What make these home theater kits different with other wireless bridges is that they are powered by full 4×4 MIMO antenna technology. As opposed to 3×3 MIMO antenna, the 4×4 MIMO can significantly improve wireless performance and more reliable in streaming HD and 3DHD media contents which require significant amounts of sustained reliable bandwidth to deliver a high-quality and high-resolution 3D media.

With the switch mode positioned in Auto, your adapter kits will work automatically. Use the UTP cable and connect one end of the cable to one of the Ethernet ports of the adapter and the other end to your router’s port.
